Application Protocol
Working solutions are prepared with potable water at a temperature of 20–30°C. Application may be performed by
spraying, wiping, immersion or rinsing, depending on the treated object and operational workflow.
For surface disinfection, use a 0.5% working solution against bacteria and yeasts with an exposure time of 30
minutes, or a 1.0% working solution against fungi with an exposure time of 40 minutes.
For enveloped viruses, use a 0.25% solution with an exposure time of 30 minutes, or a 0.5% solution with an exposure
time of 5 minutes.
For disinfection of instruments used in human medicine, apply a 1.0% working solution against bacteria with an
exposure time of 15 minutes.
Application rate: 40 ml working solution/m² by wiping, or 10–15 ml working solution/m² by spraying. In both methods,
apply until surfaces are fully wetted.
After the required exposure time, surfaces and instruments that come into contact with food must be rinsed thoroughly
with potable water. When applied in veterinary areas, animals must be removed from the premises. After exposure,
rinse thoroughly and ensure proper ventilation.
